Payment must be received before an order is processed and shipped. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud.
- Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Little Bear Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and ownership of products transfers to the customer upon delivery by the shipping carrier.
- Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for complete details regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
Due to the nature of our make-your-own plush kits, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, used, or unwanted items.
Replacement plush items may be provided only for plushes that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and are reported within 7 days of delivery in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.
- Product Safety
Our products are recommended for children ages 3 and older unless otherwise stated.
Adult supervision is recommended during assembly and use. Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used safely and appropriately.
Little Bear Workshop is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of products, failure to follow instructions, or use of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
- Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, product names, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, illustrations, text, and branding materials, is the property of Little Bear Workshop and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
- Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Bear Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Where applicable, our sole remedy may be replacement of a damaged, defective, or incorrect plush item in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy.

- Event and Workshop Bookings
Participation in workshops, parties, pop-up events, and other experiences may be subject to additional terms provided at the time of booking.
Deposits and booking fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate event agreement.
