Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing times may increase during holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping
Free standard shipping is included with every Little Bear Workshop order within the continental United States. No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.
Orders are shipped using the shipping method selected by Little Bear Workshop. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Little Bear Workshop is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your kit arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Kidian@littlebear-workshop.com. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your request.
If approved, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
Returns & Exchanges
At Little Bear Workshop, we take pride in providing high-quality products and carefully inspect every order before shipment.
Due to the nature of our make-your-own plush kits, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for opened, used, or unwanted items.
Replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect and are reported within 7 days of delivery.
Little Bear Workshop is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or shipping delays. Minor variations in materials, colors, fabrics, or packaging are a natural part of our handmade experience and do not qualify as defects.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered except where required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Little Bear Workshop.
Because shipping is included in the purchase price, no separate shipping charges will be refunded.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue.
Little Bear Workshop is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Event & Workshop Bookings
Deposits and booking fees for birthday parties, workshops, pop-up events, or private experiences are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate event agreement.
